Mr. Ruopp manages portfolios and is a member of the Investment Committee, he also manages technology for Chelsea Management Company. He brings this technological expertise and experience to bear as a member of the Investment Committee. Mr. Ruopp Jr. has 25 years of computer science experience in the academic and business world, and has worked at Chelsea Management for over two decades. He did his undergraduate work at San Diego State University and at California Polytechnic University Pomona. He has received an IBM certificate in computer programming. In addition, Mr. Ruopp has worked in the well-known Dr. Weiss biogenetic research lab at the University of California, Los Angeles. He is a past president of the Los Angeles Serra Club, and on the board of MEND (Meet Each Need with Dignity).
